Here's my idea of what the best stuff on the web is.  Unless I state otherwise all opinions are completely unbiased and without reward. 

 Dropbox - Simply the best file sharing and backup solution around. You get a free 2gb account, can access your account from any web enabled machine and download software for pc, mac and iphone that keeps specified folders synchronised between machines!  If you follow the link and sign up I get a referral bonus of 250gb!  I use this in a variety of ways, because you can share folders with other users I have a folder on my mac which I drop photos into, they then automatically appear in a coresponding folder on Jo's computer! I can also view them on my iphone without useing up iphone storage space!

Skype - The best internet based telephone system around, and its free!
